David Hayes is the President and Founder of HireMinds, a professional and executive search firm specializing in the areas of digital marketing, technology, and science. He is a graduate of Columbia University with a Bachelor of Philosophy, and has been in the search profession for over 20 years. David serves on the Board of Directors for MITX and is an active member of MassBio and BIMA. Outside of work he loves to hike, scuba dive, and cycle, and is running his first ultra-marathon in 2015.
