What they have in common is the ability to see a huge market of unmet customer needs – identify the friction – and solve for it. It’s an incredibly customer focused way of doing business. This has huge implications on customer experience and marketing. How do we as marketers think about the customer? How do we think about defining the opportunity differently? How can we find that disruptive opportunity? This session will explore disruptive industry models through various lenses.
