Misha Katz is an entrepreneur and former VC investor. He co-founded Furniture.com and bootstrapped the business from launch to a $4M run rate. He spent two years learning the VC business as an Associate at General Catalyst Partners, concentrating on investments in wireless, software and marketing platforms. Several investments he worked on have since been acquired, including Venetica, m-Qube and Maven Networks. He was part of the early marketing and product teams at 3PLex, a logistics software provider acquired by Maersk; IMO, a mobile phone retailer; JumpTap, a mobile ad network (acquired by Millennial Media, NYSE: MM); and AdHarmonics, a lead generation provider.
