With over 20 years of experience of working with globalfinancial institutions and retail partners, she has developed and delivered payment solutions in every aspect of the digital and commerce spaceincluding mobile commerce and digital “wallets”, contactless payments and prepaid card products. She has published multiple studies and papers onthese topics including a study with her MPD colleagues ranking over 100 companies on payments innovation and a paper on “The Future of Cash”.She is a frequent speaker and her expertise has been featured in numerous trade publications. She currently serves on the board of advisors for multiplestart-up entities in the mobile money and digital payment space and is the current Treasurer of the Board for W.net, the leading women’s professionalorganization for women in payments. Previously, Gloria held the position of Senior Vice President at DiscoverNetwork, as the leader of Marketing & Emerging Payments. She has also worked for JPMorgan Chase, Sears Roebuck & Co. and McKinsey. Gloriahas an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
