Chia Chen is EVP/Managing Director of the Digital Products and Services offering at DigitasLBi. In that role, Chia helps clients develop transformational customer-centered digital strategies. He works across a number of clients including Sprint, American Express, Whirlpool and Pitney Bowes. Previously at DigitasLBi, Chia started and led the mobile practice and served the American Express and Samsung clients as relationship lead.

Chia has over 15 years of experience working with clients to achieve business results and build customer relationships through the digital channels. Over his digital marketing agency career he has served clients in a number of categories, including:  AT&T, Visa International, Coors Brewing Company, Delta Air Lines, MINI USA, Samsung and Unilever.  Chia was also an executive with a digital ad targeting solution start-up and worked in database marketing at American Express. Chia holds a B.A. in History and Science from Harvard University.
